The Department of Finance in the Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia invites applications for one or more full-time tenure-track faculty positions at the assistant or associate professor level. The positions will begin in the fall semester of 2025, with an anticipated employment start date of August 1, 2025.
Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in finance or a related discipline, from an AACSB accredited institution or international equivalent at the time of appointment. Appointment at the assistant professor rank requires a demonstrated potential to publish rigorous research in premier peer-reviewed journals and demonstrated success in teaching. Assistant or Associate applicants, requesting service credit, should have a record of publishing in premier journals commensurate with rank and demonstrated excellence in teaching.
