Florida International University invites applicants for a position as an Assistant or Associate Teaching Professor in Finance (non-tenure track instructional, 4+4 course load) in the Department of Finance, College of Business. Expected start date will be Fall 2024 or Spring 2025.
Minimum requirements include an earned Master’s degree in Finance. A Doctorate in finance or a related field is preferred. Candidates who have the doctoral degree in areas other than finance must have at least 18 credits in finance at the graduate level. Candidates with experience teaching a variety of finance courses at the college level will be preferred. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to teach finance using Excel spreadsheets, Bloomberg terminals, @Risk, Capital IQ, etc.
