The Finance Department of the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University is seeking individuals to fill non-tenure track faculty positions beginning with the fall 2024 term. The classification of these positions is open depending on experience and will be at the Clinical or Lecturer classification.
Appointments at the clinical classification require a PhD, or doctoral degree completion by August 2024, in Finance or related area as well as finance industry experience. Appointments at the lecturer classification require a minimum of a master’s degree in Finance or related area at the time of hire. Teaching duties of 18 credit hours a year will be primarily at the undergraduate level but may include graduate level courses. A portion of the teaching duties includes directing the Kelley School's Investment Management Workshop. The Investment Management Workshop prepares students for the competitive recruitment process for careers in security research, sales, trading, and private wealth management. Qualified candidates will have industry experience in one of these areas. We are seeking individuals who have a demonstrated success in working with diverse faculty and student populations.
