Eastern Connecticut State University is seeking to hire a visiting assistant professor in Finance starting in August 2023. This is a temporary, full-time, one-year position with potential renewal for a subsequent year. We invite candidates with experience in undergraduate teaching in Finance. A terminal degree in Finance is required, but ABD candidates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with appropriate master’s degrees and significant industry experience may also be considered. The position emphasizes undergraduate teaching in the Finance major, including courses such as business finance, investment analysis, financial institutions and markets, portfolio management, and other upper-level finance electives. The ideal candidate will be willing to collaborate with department colleagues and contribute to innovations in the Finance curriculum.
