Assistant Professorship (Tenure-Track) in Entrepreneurial Finance (100%)

The University of St.Gallen and its School of Management are seeking candidates for an assistant professorship in the field of Entrepreneurial Finance or Entrepreneurship with a special focus on the financial services industry.

To be considered for this position, applicants should have a Ph.D. in management, finance, or economics (or be near completion) and an excellent track record in research and teaching at the intersection of finance and entrepreneurship.

The position involves teaching in English at all levels. It is based in the School of Management and will be affiliated with the new Center for Financial Services Innovation (FSI-HSG). The candidate is expected to participate in the Center’s activities and contribute to research and teaching. Knowledge transfer into the industry and society including executive education is essential.

The appointment is for 6 years, with an intermediate evaluation after 3 years and tenure evaluation after 6 years (with the option for promotion to associate professor).
