The Finance, Insurance, and Real Estate Department at Baylor University invites applications for one full-time tenure track assistant professor position, one clinical non-tenure track assistant professor position, and one lecturer, qualified to teach an array of finance courses.  

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates for the tenure track position in finance must possess a doctorate degree in finance (or related fields) and evidence of a strong commitment to teaching and research, which leads to high-quality refereed publications. The doctoral degree must be in hand or completed by August 16, 2023.

Candidates for the clinical non-tenure track assistant professor position must possess either a doctorate degree in a related field or significant industry experience. The clinical non-tenure track professor position is a teaching position with reduced or no research expectations.

Candidates for the lecturer position must possess either a doctorate degree in a related field or a masters degree with significant industry experience. The lecturer position is a one-year appointment, renewable up to three years.  Candidates should be qualified to teach an array of finance courses at the undergraduate level.                                                                             

All candidates must demonstrate an active Christian faith.
