Full term of exp must incl each of fllwng: Wrkng in Capital Mkts/Fin'l Svcs indstry across various asset classes, incl US Equity Mkts & US Prime Svcs; Interpretng regulatn & policy, & assessng applicability to bus activities; Non-fin'l risk concpts (mkt, credit, & operational), & their applicability to bus activities; Conductng supervisn reprtng using macro based tools; Mngng equity cash & derivative & prime brokerage mkt access & executn frmwrks; Conductng technc'l analysis of tradng activity & interpretng regulatory reqs; Integratng matrices w/in supervisn metrics to demonstrate supervisor accountabilities; Dvlpg & implmtg testng & supervisn controls to demonstrate adherence to cmplx regulatory reportng reqs; & Influencng key stakeholders to achieve consensus & meet reqs.
