Direct and coordinate company financial or budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, or increase efficiency. Analyze operations to evaluate performance of a company or to determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvement, or policy change. Prepare budgets for approval, including those for funding or implementation of programs. Confer with board members, organization officials, or staff members to discuss issues, coordinate activities, or resolve problems. Implement corrective action plans to solve financial problems. Coordinate the development or implementation of budgetary control systems, recordkeeping systems, or other administrative control processes. Implement Oracle Finance management in the homogenization of financial reports elaborated by sister companies based on different countries. Develop and implement financial and tax strategies to maximize profit. Coordinate audits for sister companies based on different countries. Direct and supervise the opening of subsidiaries abroad. Analyze reports and financial statements to identify deviations of the budget and their causes. Elaborate reports about findings after analysis of financial reports and statements for shareholders review.
Requirements: Master’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration and 6 years of progressive experience as finance executive, or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration or foreign degree equivalent, and 7 years of progressive experience as finance executive.
