Research Fellow

The Korea Institute of Finance (KIF) is a leading research institute in Seoul, Korea with its focus on financial industry, domestic and international financial markets, and financial policies.

The KIF is seeking PhD candidates and experienced PhDs in economics, finance, or related fields for research fellow positions. PhD candidates are expected to complete all requirements for their degrees by the end of September 2021. Experienced PhDs are expected to have less than 4 years’ experience in research after getting PhDs. All candidates should be fluent in both written and spoken Korean.

Due to the COVID-19 situation, the first interview will be conducted virtually starting in January 2022. The job market seminar will be conducted virtually shortly after the first interview. The KIF will closely monitor the COVID-19 situation and inform applicants if there are any changes.
