Wilson College seeks a vibrant, energetic, leader of vision to guide its undergraduate business-related programming: Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, and Supply Chain, as well as contribute to an M Applied Leadership degree. This position is an administrator with faculty status on a 10/11-month contract and holds the rank of Associate or Full Professor.

The director will lead the business faculty and the institution in articulating a comprehensive vision for business education at Wilson and sharing that vision with prospective students and other stakeholders. This unique position provides an opportunity to shape and guide the business programs at Wilson for years to come.

The position carries a 3-2 load teaching Corporate Finance; Investment; Money & Banking; Quantitative Methods. Administrative duties include oversight/review of faculty by fostering excellence in teaching and scholarship and supporting the professional growth and development of the faculty; budget preparation; curricular review and development; academic planning; recruitment of students; internship supervision.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of a Master’s degree in a business-related field; a Ph.D. in a business-related field or a DBA and academic administrative experience are strongly preferred. Minimum 6 years full-time university teaching experience required. Review of application materials will begin April 10, 2021 and continue until the position is filled.
