Assistant Professor
(Tenure Track as Associate Professor)

In Finance

Starting on August 1st, 2021 or on a mutually agreed date.

Candidates must hold a PhD in Finance or a related discipline. They should have an excellent research and publication record in the field of Finance with a clear interest in Corporate Finance. Teaching experience at university level (Bachelor and Master) is welcome. Successful candidates will be expected to be able to teach in French and English after six years. All research methods are welcome.

The new professor will be a member of the Department of Finance HEC Lausanne. Excellence in teaching and research is very important for us. Members of the department have published in top tier journals such as Journal of Finance, Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Financial Economics, and many more. We offer attractive teaching loads and an excellent research environment.
