The Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University invites applications for an Assistant Professor position in the Finance Area, with the appointment starting in August 2020. The position is open to candidates in any area of specialization in finance.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Duties include developing and/or maintaining an active research program aimed at making a significant contribution to the profession, teaching in the undergraduate, MBA, and Finance Ph.D. programs, as well as contributing to other teaching and administrative initiatives of the Finance Area and the Faculty. Teaching and service requirements are similar to other research-intensive universities.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum qualifications are a Ph.D. in Finance or a related field, an established research agenda, and commitment to quality teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Candidates who plan to complete the requirements for their PhDs within 2020 may be considered.
