Hanqing Advanced Institute of Economics and Finance was founded in 2007 by Renmin University of China (RUC), a leading Chinese university in economics and finance located in Beijing, China. As a unique research institute that follows international standard practice, our mission is to foster a world-class faculty with strong focus on the frontier research, high-quality teaching, and active international exchanges and cooperation. Our faculty members have published in premier outlets including American Economic Review, Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics, Management Science, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, and Journal of Econometrics.

We welcome candidates of anyspecialized fields of Economics and Finance. We especially welcome seasoned candidates with solid track records of publications of importance and impact. Junior candidates are expected to possess the Ph.D. degree by August 2020.

We will conduct interviews at the ASSA annual meeting in San Diego in January 2020.
