Research Fellow in Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Artificial Intelligence

Applications are invited for the position of Research Fellow at Saïd Business School. Reporting to and under the direction of Professor Thomas Hellmann, DP World Professor of Entrepreneurship, the postholder will be responsible for managing specific research projects within the area of Finance and Artificial Intelligence.
Under the direction of Professor Thomas Hellmann, the successful candidate will develop research questions, conduct research, analysing detailed and complex qualitative and/or quantitative data from a variety of sources, and generate original ideas by building on existing concepts. The Fellow will develop and implement new research methodologies and materials and regularly write research articles at a national level for peer-reviewed journals, book chapters, and reviews. As the Research Fellow you will also present papers at national conferences, and lead seminars to disseminate research findings.
The successful candidate will hold, or be nearing completion, of a relevant PhD/DPhil with post-qualification research experience (e.g. finance, economics, technology management, computer science, or a closely related field), possess sufficient specialist knowledge in the discipline to develop research projects and methodologies, and have a strong publication record and familiarity with the existing literature and research in the field.
