2020-2021 CFR International Affairs Fellowship (IAF) in International Economics, sponsored by Kimberly Querrey
The IAF in International Economics, sponsored by Kimberly Querrey, provides the next generation of economic scholars and business economist hands-on experience in the policymaking field. Through the program, fellows expand their range of thinking and apply their work to international economic policy. Possible host placements for the fellowship include but are not limited to the Federal Reserve Bank, the International Monetary Fund, U.S. Department of the Treasury, U.S. Department of Commerce, and relevant parts of the White House. The duration of the fellowship is 6 to 9 months, and a stipend in the range of $150,000 to $180,000 is awarded along with relocation assistance.
Eligibility
Applicants must be U.S. citizens, mid-career business economists or university-based economics scholars, possess a strong record of professional achievement, and hold an advanced degree in economics or a closely related discipline.
