Business/Finance Faculty Position: Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia seeks candidates for a tenure-track appointment in the Department of Economics, Business, and Accounting at the rank of Assistant Professor, beginning September 2020. The ideal candidate will have an interest in teaching a variety of courses appropriate to an undergraduate liberal arts program in business. Teaching responsibilities will include the introductory business course, the core financial management course, the core operations management course, and upper-level courses in finance. Ph.D. in-hand by the start date, evidence of teaching excellence, and a defined research agenda are strongly preferred. The annual seven course teaching load (3-1-3) also requires participation in college service activities, including academic advising.
