Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor
Auburn University, Auburn, AL: The Department of Finance invites applications for a tenure-track position in finance at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor starting fall semester, 2019 (contingent upon budget).

Job Qualifications: Successful applicants must possess a Ph.D./D.B.A. in finance or business with a major in finance from an AACSB accredited institution. The successful candidate must meet eligibility requirements to work in the U.S. at the time the appointment is scheduled to begin and continue working legally for the proposed term of employment. The successful candidate will possess in addition to the required terminal degree, evidence of research productivity and intellectual contributions to the field of finance commensurate with experience. Candidates with a proven record of teaching experience and effectiveness are preferred. Excellent communication skills in the English language are required. For the ranks of Associate and Full Professor, preference will be given to those candidates who have experience working in a Ph.D. program and serving on and/or chairing Ph.D. dissertation committees.
Job Responsibilities: The Department seeks candidates with an instructional emphasis in corporate finance, investments, and/or financial institutions. The faculty is expected to contribute in instruction, research, and service/outreach/extension and work closely with Ph.D. students.

Selected candidates will be invited to interview with Auburn faculty at the 2019 ASSA Annual Meeting in Atlanta in January, 2019.
