Koc University, College of Administrative Sciences and Economics Faculty Positions in Finance
The College of Administrative Sciences and Economics at Koc University invites applications for faculty positions in finance at all ranks (full, associate, and assistant professors) and all areas of finance. Positions are available starting September 1, 2019.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must have a Ph.D. in finance, economics, or a related discipline (or expect to complete the requirements for the degree by September 2019). Selection for associate and full professor ranks will be based on an established publication record and proven teaching excellence. Selection for the assistant professor rank will focus on the potential for publications in top journals and for effective teaching.

Faculty members in the Finance group have Ph.D.s from Boston College, University of Chicago, University of Florida, Johns Hopkins University, University of Minnesota, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and University of Texas at Austin. In the last fiveyears, the faculty have published articles in Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics, Review of Financial Studies, and Management Science. The department subscribes to a number of databases, including CRSP, Compustat, I/B/E/S, Dealscan, SDC, TRACE, and Bloomberg, and provides research funds to support conference travel and other research activities. There is also an active research seminar series providing an exciting research environment for faculty.
