Financial Analyst-Real Estate
Generates and compiles of all quarterly market statistics, using primary and secondary data sources. Synthesize the information, writes and analyze proprietary market data (both historical and future), interpreting data affecting real estate industry such as price, yield, stability, future trends and economic influences. Prepares reports for distribution among clients. Assists clients to obtain due diligence information by evaluating and modeling all types of Residential and Commercial Real Estate projects, using Argus and Excel. Confers with capital market professionals, property managers, asset managers, and principals to clarify inconsistencies found during the evaluation (underwriting) process and address other property specific issues. Analyzes leases agreements, statements and reconciliation of Common Area Maintenance (CAM) charges. Assists clients in designing acquisition or deposition strategies and proposals. Collects and analyzes information about Residential, and Commercial Real Estate projects to calculate financial factors such as Net Operating Income (NOI), Loan to Value Ratio (LTV), Debt Service Coverage (DSCR), Maximum Loan Analysis, Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV), Time Value of Money (TMV), and Return on Equity (ROE). Prepares financial reports on Commercial and Residential Real Estate projects, including conclusions and recommendations for clients review.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or International Business or foreign degree equivalent, and 2 years of experience on the job or as Real Estate Portfolio Manager.
