The Questrom School of Business at Boston University invites applications for a tenured position as Associate Professor in the Department of Finance. The position starts July 1, 2019.

The Finance Department seeks to add to its vibrant community of talented scholars who work in areas at the cutting edge of today’s research in asset pricing, corporate finance, governance and strategy, and risk management. The Department is also home to a thriving Master of Science in Mathematical Finance graduate degree and includes a group of dedicated mathematical finance scholars. Candidates with scholarly interests in three broad areas are preferred: asset pricing and investments, corporate finance, and international finance.

Prospective candidates must demonstrate the ability to produce original and innovative scholarly work of the highest quality and impact in top Finance and Economics journals. The candidate should be able to teach at both undergraduate and graduate levels. A Ph.D. degree in Finance/Economics or other closely related area is required. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
